2048 Rogue

2048 Rogue takes the old 2048 sliding puzzle and throws it into a roguelike dungeon. Now every swipe moves your hero around the board, levels up your stats, and starts fights with monsters. It mixes the classic tile merging with real roguelike choices, so every run feels different and kinda stressful in a fun way.

What’s cool about it

  • Merge tiles to pump up your attack power
  • Each floor is randomly generated
  • Monsters actually react when you swipe
  • Big merges can be risky but totally worth it

How to play

Just swipe or use the arrow keys. Your hero moves in that direction and the whole board slides too. Matching tiles merge into bigger ones and give you stronger stats.
The catch? Every single move also pushes the enemies closer. So you gotta think about where you’re going, not just the numbers. Build up some high tiles while making sure you don’t get trapped with no space left.

Tips to do better

  • Start merging early so your damage ramps up fast
  • Don’t let everything pile up in the corners
  • Keep one clear path for your strongest tiles
  • Go after weak monsters when you can for easy wins
  • Always try to plan a couple moves ahead

Compared to regular 2048

Normal 2048 is chill — you just slide and merge numbers until you hit a big one, no pressure.
2048 Rogue is way more intense. There’s actual danger, random floors, and every swipe is both a puzzle move and a risky decision. It makes the game a lot more replayable and exciting.
